Empty in Bulgaria / the EU, as of this pass: a **regulated job OS** that batches plots under 2 ha, shows the landowner a live pass, and emits the aviation + plant-protection receipt (EASA + BFSA / Regional Food Safety Directorate (ОДБХ)), with satellite / weather as the reason to fly — and that can later dispatch either a human crew or a docked vendor bird without forking the product. **Canopy’s opening is not another Balkan spray crew and not another analytics app.** Own-land can test the thin slice; it cannot prove marketplace liquidity. Do not buy FRAME Max.** Build the **missing OS**: 1. Familiar request/accept workflow for survey / spray / forest / emergency (ride-hailing UX is a metaphor only). 2. Live customer view of the pass (the demo moment). 3. Satellite and weather support maps that help identify where a job may be needed and check results after a flight. 4. Regulatory pack (EASA Specific + BG plant-protection register). 5. Input-supplier fulfilment (tank mix delivered to the pad). That combination is not AcreConnect / Rantizo (no satellite / EU chemistry), not FarmFleet (Ukraine, no EU / BG receipt), not DroneDeploy (no dispatch), not Planet (no drone), not DJI or XAG (no landowner marketplace), not Agro Drone BG / SkyAgro / RIAGRO (crews, not an OS). Defense / emergency is the **same OS**, different buyer (civil protection, forest service).
