# Canopy release 2026.09.15-r3

**ADDED 16 September 2026 · diligence HTML library**

Rich charcoal / cream / gold HTML library under `web/library/` (copied to `dist/library/`). Hub, converted research/finance/docs, interactive R2 workbook, and S01–S66 source filter. Research content date remains **15 September 2026**. This pass does not invent prices, traction, grants or filled company inputs. Vercel publication is not claimed.

**ADDED 15 September 2026 · R3 — formatting / integration pass**

This release applies the R2.1 accuracy-review merge table into original-document bodies and restores the charcoal / cream / gold investor site as the production static root. It does not merge `main`, merge competitor PR #2, publish Vercel, contact partners or submit funding applications.

Base: `codex/investor-validation-20260915` (draft PR #3). Research date remains 15 September 2026. Formatting does not refresh that date.

## Publish root

`vercel.json` still builds to `dist`. **R3 copies `web/` to `dist/` as the primary site** (hub + charcoal deck). The white R2.1 deck in `public/` is copied to `dist/working/` and left intact in the repository as a labelled content/reference build. Production for canopy.velocitypulse.io should serve this `dist` output — i.e. the original-style `web/` site — not `public/` as the homepage.

Content-Security-Policy now allows Google Fonts (`fonts.googleapis.com` / `fonts.gstatic.com`) so Fraunces and IBM Plex Sans load. Publication itself is **not verified** in this pass.

## Hard rules observed

- No invented Canopy prices, take rates, traction, forecasts or grants.
- Unsupported company workbook inputs remain blank.
- Source links and date qualifications preserved.
- No universal compatibility or open-call claim.
- Pyka USD550k is the published vendor starting RTF price on flypyka.com, not a Canopy quote. XAG has no invented list price.

## Verification

- `npm run build` then `npm run check` (Node 20+).
- Checks: `web/deck/index.html` present in `dist` with dated R3 stamps; required anchors; copied visuals and diligence files; four merged docs carry `**Updated:** 2026-09-15 · R3`; R2.1 working reference still has 32 sections.
- Real-browser layout, keyboard focus and live Vercel health are **not** claimed here. Parent agent deploys.
- Native Microsoft Excel testing is not claimed. Workbook binaries are unchanged from R2.

## Remaining blockers

- Vercel production publish and live URL check (parent agent).
- Browser visual QA of the 16:9 charcoal artboard on desktop and mobile.
- Competitor-research PR #2 still separate; not merged.
- Customer quotes, OEM agreements, permissions, BFSA acceptance and a grant-eligible entity remain unproven.
- R&D cost schedule still unpopulated.
